The series is called Psychic Eye Mysteries, is written by Victoria Laurie, and is - as you might well imagine - a great deal of fun. Actually, combining various forms of psychic ability with mystery fiction is an old tradition; Agatha Christie started out that way, and had a psychic detective long before any thought was given to Hercule Poirot or Miss Marple.
